Hey Scott this report and pics could be the next Branchline report. New Module are very interesting. Look forward to seeing them in Amherst.

Don

<em>I suppose it could be. I'll ask on the UMG list to see if it will be sufficient.

Read my response to Wayne's comment - the new modules will not be in Amherst. The next show for them will be Truro in October.

Great show report Scott - I haven't been to the Moncton show in several years now. None of the old gang seems interested in making the trip anymore/weather too unpredictable... one of these years!!!I will be interested in seeing the new modules in May at the convention. Getting ready to send my registration form in this week. See you there.

Wayne

<em>This would have been the year, weather wise. There was a bit of wet snow, but it was very wet. It didn't stick around very long. The rest of the day was cool, but nice.

The new modules won't make another appearance until the Truro show in October. As far as I know we won't be bringing any modules from Island to the Convention.

I have yet to send my own registration. Hopefully they'll let me in since I am doing a demonstration. HA!

See you then!

How come when I was doing the shows we never finished that quickly.

:-)

Doug

<em>You could come at that from two perspective, Doug. Either we are getting much better at setting up, or you made things too complicated. Ha! I'd say it is the former. After so many setups most people have gained a lot of experience and know what needs to be done. I've also been adding power block and throttle locations on the plan so that I can just give that to someone and say "Go run some wires." We would have been done about 30 - 45 minutes sooner if we hadn't had to redesign the layout a couple times.

You know, you could come back into the group and all you'd have to do is set up your own modules. Perhaps after you redesign the White River Southern with fixed benchwork and have all those modules with nothing to do with them. You could pick a couple to finish and take to UMG events (like Truro once a year) then it wouldn't be a lot of work lugging them around.

Later!
